Platform role
Evershop is a SaaS product for creating and operating Minecraft itemshops. It is not a payment intermediary, merchant-of-record, or payment operator.
Payments, payouts, chargebacks, and settlements are handled by external providers configured by the store owner.
Store owner responsibilities
The store owner is responsible for the offer, server rules, player communication, refund rules, and legal compliance of their own store.
